Hi everyone, been a while!

I am investigating silvery green to gray green paint colours, and was wondering if you could suggest some to look at.

The current list consists of:

Nissan Millennium Jade - Decided now this is too light.
BMW Messing Metallic
Porsche Aventurine Green

They are fairly different to each other, but should give you some feel of what I am looking for.

Many thanks in advance. <3

Now looking for paint codes most similar to BMW Manhattan Green Metallic and Porsche Aventurine Green Metallic. :)

Thanks, I'll take a look. It seems difficult to find decent pictures of at the moment.

Where the hell have you been young man

Away doing better things with my life. This place is too toxic at times. The amount of time I used to spend here wasn't making me a good person.

Hope things are going well on your end. :)

Better things with your life? Err... have you not seen the graphics card area where you can discuss performance in a game of children flying round on broom sticks?

Manhattan green is lovely, thankyou for that suggestion!
That along with Porsche Aventurine are in the lead now.

I did some editing and decided that the paler colours don't quite work.

What ya paintin'?

I don't wish to jinx it but.. Hopefully, finally, the E30.

I agree! Although I'm not too too worried about keeping to a BMW colour.
Ultimately up to you, but you've put a lot of effort (love?) into restoring it, so might be considered almost heresy to not paint it a period correct colour. At least staying with a BMW shade isn't quite as terrible a sin to some

I appreciate that, thankyou!

Although I think I'd hesitate to call it restoring. It has been more... Preventing it from falling apart... :D

It will always have a lot of welding repairs, and over 200,000 miles, so I don't think its likely to be a collectors item.
