hello need a budget dual screen graphics card

If you plan on gaming, id say anything above a 2060s. Somebody else on the forum running 2 monitors may say different.
 
If you only want to drive 2 screens then literally any card with multiple outputs will do the job.

That beings said, those monitors are HDMI input only, and I don't know of a graphics card that has more than 1 HDMI. I think DVI to HDMI cables are cheap and reliable though, so you'd run 1 HDMI native and 1 DVI to HDMI.

But then your iGPU should do that too.
