I'm an average part-time or 'occasional' systems builder as I like the challenge of doing it, and appreciate the money that you save compared with buying off-the-shelf PCs. I very recently registered with O.C's main site because a previous 'etailer' were proving to be a nightmare - faulty products, delivery problems, diabolical customer service, etc. I've had no such problems with OC however, so things are looking better already.
