Hi all, I'm new around here and I was hoping to get some advice on building a gaming PC from scratch. I've read several guides and have a general idea of what I'm after in terms of components and I was hoping to get some advice on which forums/thread on this site would be worth checking out? Pre-emptive thanks for anyone's advice

Your best bet would be to go to the General Dicussions thread.

Include a budget and what you need specifically? For example, just the tower or other things like case/keyboard/mouse/monitor/os

Once you've popped down what you're after with a budget, someone will usually come a long to help
