So on my brothers account "benj", in order to change the password, it wanted him to update the email. He re-entered the same email but hasnt received an email to verify the update in email. Now whenever he tries to log in he receives this message:
"BenJ, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
He's contacted the forum admins but had no response so I decided to post here, we just wanted advice on selling my old PC so wanted in!
