Hello SG07...

Whats the point in that. Surely the whole point of mini-itx is the power consumption is small. I built a Zotac 9300 setup with dual core 7500 overclocked and all it draws is just over 100w at full, and idles at 65w.

A 450w PSU wouldn't be of any benefit for this PC as PSU's are most efficient at around 55% load.

Yeah, but you could put a quad core + ATI 5970 in there with the 450W PSU and end up with a top notch portable gaming box.

I suspect you couldn't consider you only get enough room for an 8" card, but I know what you mean :)

I think they could offer some choices as to what PSU you get that might be nice, but then PSU's seem to be larger these days anyhow.

If it's the same internals as the SG05 you would have an inch to spare with an 8" card.

Edit: In fact it'll comfortably take a 10" card

If it's the same size as the SG05 it won't! :p

Best you can squeeze in one of those is a 5850 - maybe with cutting and careful placement you might be able to wedge a 5870 in but I can't tell if it would fit behind the front panel.

An HD5970 is just madness, I tell thee. :D

erm, it comes with a 600watt psu apparently

and its not that much bigger, just enough to house a long gfx card (roughly 15L, the sgo6 is 13.5L)

also for the lulz

Edit: Goddamnit :p

It's considrably larger with a top mounted 180mm fan and PSU at the front (like the Lian Li A05), space for a 5970.

it aint that much bigger though, slip optical drive etc. As stated by the guestimated size specs and capacity :)

I might have to ditch my i7 d0 and go p55 :|
