Well I saw a thread in the console forums and thought I would give this a go.

Today I installed and setup F@H. However it seems to be taking forever to get through my first 2 projects. I have these 2 running at the moment:-

Gromacs
Project - 2606
Time remaining 11h 35min

Gromacs
Project - 2611
Time remaining 1d 00h 41min

I set it up to take advantage of both cores.
PC Spec is as follows
C2D E6700
2 x gig PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2
1 x 75gig Raptor

My CPU Usage is at 100% (and its showing on both cores).

Is this normal?

Sounds good to me.

If you're feeling adventurous and are willing to tolerate buggy beta-quality software you can have a whack at the SMP client. It yields a lot more points at the expense of pulling all your hair out.
