Old member here, but had to make new account cause system doesn´t send me new password.

Had same problem as you a couple of years ago, got in touch with a mod (using a new account) and I managed to sort it out - I could only remember partial details but thankfully it was enough.

Not had the same problem this time (this is my first post in 2 years) because I write everything down these days
