HELLP!! cant get MSI files to work

I have a HP IPaq with Windows Pocket PC 2003, but I have a small problem.

The PDA does not know what to do with MSI files!

MSI files have no programs assiciated with it, so it does not have a clue what to do with them!

PLEASE HELP ME!
