You should try it before you make a judgement. Once you nail the routine the game just adrenalizes you, connecting you far greater to the experience than a standard run and gun. It's an odd mix of desire to nail it, while desiring to survive and feeling super hardcore at the same time (in no small part to the rocking soundtrack)

Not sure how the motion controlled actions are going to play out, could either enhance it or go the other way, the demo was limited and didn't reveal much. Either way the VR mod still exists, so you can still go at it with a gamepad with the PC release.

Hoping it shakes out. Taking Beat Saber as a separate entity, Hellsinger VR could become one of the best rhythm games if it works.
 
I thought this looked familiar. I remember playing it on game pass ages ago. A neat gimmick that I can see the experience enhanced just being in VR. Unless there are complicated motion controls added.
