Help a Jailbreak on itouch has gone Bad

Can anyone help with this all i see is a load of numbers and stuff and i don't know what to do my itouch is fine this one is for the GF but it looks like it has gone bad big time.

try a hard reset, hold the home and the on off button (top right) in together for a while while it resets.

then plug it into itunes and restore. then try another jailbreak

This happened to me when I unlocked my Iphone...

I was at work, and was showing it off and was real bad gloating I had one! :cool:

Everyone gathered round while I unlocked it (everyones sad where I work! lol), and it did that...lol
