Help a Mac Newbie

Hi all,

just got my first Mac and learning the ropes

Question:

almost embarrassed to ask such a simple question since Macs are so easy to use. When I right click on a folder, how come I am no longer getting the 'Move to Trash' menu?

I've tried everything

Is it just the 1 file/folder?

Do you have rights to the file/folder?
The file could be locked

No it's everything, no matter where I go (internal hdd, or external)

Can't get the 'move to trash' menu to appear at all. Tried clicking on it first, then tried clicking on some white space and then right-clicking.

:edit: Reboot seems to have sorted it....weird!
