Help a memoy noob!

Hi Guys,

Just need some help setting up my memory and understanding it.
I have 2X512MB Corsair C2 Pro XMS Ram.

In the bios, these are the settings. I don't know if they're any good, or if I could make them better???

CAS 2 (I know about this)
ROW Cycle 11
ROW Refresh 13
RAS to CAS 3
RAS to RAS 2
Min RAS acive time 8
Ras precharge time 3
Ras recovery time 3
Write to read delay 2
read to write delay 5

Lo mate, check this out, gives explanations for all the memory settings for the DFI motherboards. Unless you've got a DFI board, you won't have some of those settings.
