Help a noob install a 4870

I've just got the final parts for my new rig today and quite embarrassingly I'm stuck more or less at the first hurdle :o

So, I've got 2x6 pin headers on the 1Gb HIS 4870 and all I want to know is which do I plug into my PSU? Both or just one of them (and if so, which)? I go the OEM version so no distructions with it sadly.

This should take someone in the know about 5 seconds to answer but any help is appreciated.
