Help a noob with cards please =)

Hi All,

I've been reading afew of these threads, as I'm looking to buy a new graphics card today.

This will be purely for FPS Gaming, Battlefield 4, maybe Ghosts..

My budget is £350, wouldn't mind spending £250 looking at another thread..

Any recommendations please? My current Radeon HD 5800 Series is dead really.

So far I've seen

Out of the above and more to the point for BF4 I would consider 7970 xfire.

From the Beta at 1920 x 1080 yes, but that may change in the final release of the game.

Personally I would go for the 7970.

The gigabyte cards are voltage locked (I think) so that will limit any Overclocking you want to do on it.

The cooler is good and mine stays relatively quite, Gigabyte also have a much better RMA service than ASUS.
