Help a noob

just bought to sticks of OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK). now that windows is installed i checked cpuz and it says the memory is running at 400mhz and not 800mhz with timings of 5.5.5.18 (2T) i also changed the voltage from the default (1.8v) to 2.0v, am i doing something wrong or forgot to do something?

the only othermemry setting i havent changed is (ddr reference voltage) which gives the option of 0% (default) +2,-2,-4

Everything is fine, remember the RAM is DDR Double Data Rate, so it effectively runs at twice the setting.
