Help! (Add or Remove Programs related)

Okay I shall assume that when you open Add/Remove Programs you get that error?
I have had a look around t'internet and the only solutions I have found is to run a FULL scan off your PC using Ad-Aware or similar. Make sure it is bang up to date too.
