OK guys, apologies of this has been asked before. In approx 4 weeks I will have enough money to replace my 3 and a half year old base unit.
I've got a good idea about some of the hardware i'll be buying, but ideally need advice on how to mildy overclock an E6600, and what mobo and ram to buy within budget. I can't spend more than £800 inc, if possible less would be even better.

I just need to know which RAM and MOBO (cheap as possible) would be good if I wanted to OC this processor to say 2.8, and how to do it. Would I also need a third party CPU cooler? Is anything glaringly wrong with these list of components?

are there any cheaper ones that would allow a small overclock? I've had a good look at all the mobo's, but don't know which ones would allow me to gain the small increase.
