Hey all
hope this is in the right section..
Basically i ordered around 1.3k worth of parts from overclockers around 13 days ago,i live in Spain by the way,was cheaper and most of the parts arent even out over here.
Overclockers as usual witht their excellent service had it despatched within a day and parcelforce had it within 30miles of my house 2days later
unfortunately GLS the spanish courier service have had both packages for the last week and said they tried to deliver twice,apperently..
although i have taken 2 days off of work for the delivery and have rang them countless times,also there have been no notes on my door.
so yesterday i drove to malaga to the depot to pick up the parcels,they give me 1 parcel and said thats all they had recieved,
even though i showed them it said 2 of 2 on the box.
so i only got the power supply and gfx
i have rang both parcel force and GLS quite a few times now and both are saying they havnt got the remaining,main, parcel
Im pretty sure its GLS in the wrong here and must be the worst courier service ive ever dealt with!
parcelforce have said they definitely sent both at the same time and GLS have recieved them,but they have put an enquiry on to it anyway
but obv made no promises
sorry to rattle on but basically now GLS are saying it was never sent and overclockers and parcelforce both have records to say it did...
any help or advice on to what i can do from here?
