This is Windows, mate :/ If you install anything on your drive - even on D, E or any other location, there's 95% chances that software will install some content on C (where your OS is installed). This is why you need to install games again (reinstall) - to add missing content to your new drive.
Or you can get other monitoring software to see which files are required by launched process and copy them manually. But it might be a real pain.
yea i can still run steam ok from the other hdd with just a shortcut on my new ssd,
but origin dont work so i have to re download all them and all the other installed games i have to do great it has all ready taken quite some time
