Help after cloning using acronis

I wanted to use acronis to copy my 128 to a 256 gb. I ran acronis slaving in my drive. After re start I am getting the message bootmgr is missing. Even if I put everything back to how I started I can boot my pc

Can I recover it and what did I do wrong.

Typically it's a matter of using the Bootrec /Rebuildbcd command from the command prompt after booting from the Windows install CD, though I used to use /fixmbr with XP after cloning drives. Some still have problems after using the former with Vista and 7.
