help again plz with temps

well after a bit of tweaking i've managed to reduce my vcore from 1.33 to 1.28. was hoping i could get it lower and stable. my temps have crept up again to 100% whilst prime testing. although my idle temps are 50. i've re-aplied the TIM.
is there any other readings i should be looking at to reduce temps?

What full load temps are you seeing?

Check your fan speed, does this increase in speed when needed.
Clear your system of dust and perhaps re-seat your cooler as the last result.

the fans remain at the same speed they're connected directly to the psu not the mobo. the full load temps via prime are 100 but by real temp are max of 87 under standard setting.the system is newly installed in the case. i've re-applied and reseated the cooler. its interesting that the temps drop when vcore is reduced but unfortunately i can't get it stable until i reach 1.28
