help AMD board & chip combo

Both chips have their advantages but need help to chose, only got 150 quid so I've gone by the cheapest board that can unlock a cpu.

just really need peeps thoughts on these as I'm gonna order as soon as my son is asleep!!!so who knows when this will be as he's teething

ps the tri core will work this board?

the tri core comes quite close to performance as a quad core amd so defo go for the tri core, the mobos fine as well!

will most likely be ordering later, is there any other thoughts on this combo??

will be used with 4gb ocz gold, 1tb seagate hd, 600w ocz psu and an xfx 4870
