Help and advice for a new machine

Looking for a new machine - I have built my own before but not in the last 4 years. The primary application is for image editing and creating artwork, using photoshop and some other apps. The images are frequently ~150Mb, and I could be working on several at the same time. I am not bothered about OCing, I have an old Thermaltake case, a couple of HDDs that i'll reuse (most of my storage is handled through a 4Tb NAS disk array) - I also have an old Hiper 580W modular power supply.

My budget is about £800 for:

intel i7 930,
motherboard - any recommendations ?
12Gb memory - any specific recommendations?
video card - need recommendations
what kind of processor cooler ?
and I'd like a small SSD for the O/S (which I don't need to buy) and applications.

should I ditch the Hiper PSU ? it is probably about 4 yrs old and not been switched on for about 2 yrs....

personally i would ditch the hiper and get a corsair you dont want it blowing up and taking your new components with it
 
hi that would depend on what graphic card you go for if you use single or crossfire and the rest of your gear really looking for at least a 650 watt if you want to go crossfire / sli iwould think 750 then depends if you want a modular one easier cable managment helping with air flow
