Help and Support System on Vista

Hi

Does anyone else get a cannot 'download from error' when they click on the Help and Support link on the start menu? Running Home Premium here and not been able to use the help system yet.

Where is this tick box?

EDIT: This is what I get whenever I click on a help icon. Doesnt matter where I try to access it from. http://www.btinternet.com/~phillip.vessey/screens/help.jpg

I cant go to help and support though. That screnshot is what happens as soon as I click on the icon.
