Help and Support System on Vista

Hi

Does anyone else get a cannot 'download from error' when they click on the Help and Support link on the start menu? Running Home Premium here and not been able to use the help system yet.

have you change
the options, theres a tick box for downloading content, make sure its ticked. I've got a problem that all the graphics in help n support are red x's, I can click on them to take me to another page But the graphics don't show.
its fine in everything else though, exporler, ie7 etc.

EDIT: This is what I get whenever I click on a help icon. Doesnt matter where I try to access it from. http://www.btinternet.com/~phillip.vessey/screens/help.jpg

Go to help and support.
Click on options on top right, then settings.
Then make sure the tick is in the box for include windows online help and support when you search for help.

I cant go to help and support though. That screnshot is what happens as soon as I click on the icon.
