[HELP] Asus P6T x58 PCIE slot problem

Hi,

My Motherboard!

I own 2x 5870's and the other day I realised that my second card is
running in 8x speed. My cards are both in the top two PCI-E slots
(Both blue). According to Asus website it says my motherboard can
support two cards offering 16x bandwidth using the top two blue slots.

Does anyone have any idea of how I can get the second card running
at 16x?

One option is try swopping the cards around or each card individually just in case the 2nd card is having issues.
