I bought the kit below as suggested on a previous thread.
I assembled it and as soon as I turned it on I got a loud alarm - I think from the power supply but I can't tell really.
I have switched off and dismantled the system and can boot the MOBO fine but as soon as I plug in the graphics card the alarm sounds.
Because it is a high end Graphics Card I changed my PSU for an Alaska Powermax 1000W but still the alarm on start up.
Do I RMA the graphics card or is there another reason for the alarm (never heard one like it from a PC before).
Any help would be great

Slightly over the £350 ex Vat but the 512mb version of the 8800GT is worth it over the 256mb one, particularly if you are playing at 1280x1024 or above.
