Help. Botched duel boot problem.

Help Please.

I have installed linux on my current system (a sataII hard drive) that has got my windows xp on it. This was not a problem on my old pc (IDE) I have down stairs. Now XP or linux will not boot. How do I remove Linux from said hard drive.?
