try swapping the ram out, thats usually the first cause of no video, and sounds silly but check and double check all your cabling, if no luck then start looking at other things from those
There is a cover next to the 4 pin atx slot on the motherboard. Remove it and the slot becomes 8 pin. Then connect the 8 pin ATX/EPS (NOT PCI-E) to it.
Nope that 6+2 connector is for a graphics card, look for an 8 pin connector that splits into 2x4 pin. Also make sure your ram is in the correct slots, orange on the p6t's, i put mine in the black at the start and got a black screen.
