Help build a system 1000 budget

Was originally planning on getting a laptop and had a good deal lined up but think the guy might pull out of it so reconsidering going that route and instead getting a desktop.

Only asks are that I'd rather go the intel/nvidia route and with enough juice in it to hopefully add a secondary graphics card sometime next year. My budget is 1000.

Is that just the budget for the tower or do you need a monitor/keyboard and mouse aswell?

Do you need an OS?

Just the computer, probably need everything however will be good with just a single SSD hard drive as I got a spare 2tb normal one lying around. I have monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.

Also, what is overclockers like for Cyber Monday? Worth holding out until then and seeing if I can pick up a good deal?

Nice, im sure a few spec will arrive soon.

To be honest, they are cracking out some good deals today for Black friday, especially on CPU's.

Will only last a few days though..

I doubt Cyber Monday will be any better after the Black friday blow out.
