Help building a new rig?

Hello all, this is my first post, but a friend of mine recommended this site since you're all experts.

I'm a software engineer looking to get into 3D modeling and game development. I need a 64-bit PC with a good CPU, RAM and a really good video card. The problem is, I'm not much of a hardware guru, so I need help... Could some of you recommend the BEST possible PC for $1,300? I'm from America, so the currency might be an issue, but I don't know... Any help from you guys would be GREATLY appreciated!

Edit: I don't need a monitor, speakers, mouse or keyboard... Haha

Budget: $1,300
OS: 64-Bit Windows 7

Well, the currency was really the only reason why I put Newegg.com. If nobody here can do it, it's not a big deal, it was a recommendation from my friend who lives in the UK.

Haha, I'll definitely stick around, with my luck, I'll spend 45 minutes trying to figure out how to put the power supply in.

Edit: I suppose I understand, considering, in comparison, I'm in a third world country.

That's awesome, I looked up the graphics card and it looks amazing, it's getting awesome reviews! It's cheaper than the other recommendation I received as well. I'll definitely check out the pricing and everything, thanks a lot man!!!
