help building a pc

Hi,

I'm after a pc which will allow me to run CS5 and rhino and it needs to last me a good few years.
I have a limited budget and have been offered the following for £400. Is this a good deal and I should go for it or can I save myself money by building something from scratch? If so what would you suggest?

Intel Quad Core
2.66GHz
4GB Ram
350BG Hard Drive.

Hi,

I was just about to buy the set up you suggested but noticed that the 12GB version is now the same price as the 8GB version which I'd obiously prefer but don't want to run out of space in the tower. Can I get the larger component and still fit it all in the casing?!
