[Help] Building PC

Hi, I currently have:

ECS AMD690GM-M2 (with on board graphics)
3gb DDR2 Ram (1x1gb & 1x2gb)
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 6000+ (3Ghz)
Xilence 480W PSU
Maxtor STM3250820AS hard drive

I am buying:
ATI Radeon HD 4830
Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
Gigabyte GA-M720-US3

I was wondering, when I install all of these new components, would it just start up straight away? And would I be able to easily install Windows, then install the drivers for each of the components ?

Could someone please tell me the order in which I should do things

One thing I would suggest is pre downloading all of your drivers and burning them to a cd or stick them on a flash drive. makes things a lot easier. imo

Everything should be fine, but there may be some incompatabilities. Dont worry, its nothing the new drivers wont sort out
