Help! Cant activate Windows 10

Hi for over a year I have used windows 10 Pro from a local account. The key came from a windows 7 ultimate "upgrade to windows 10.

When I look online at my MS account it does show my PC.

However today I upgraded my motherboard and now it wont activate. I have told it that its a hardware change, however nothing shows under my linked devices and wont allow the reactivation.

please help, its making me lose my will to live

Contact Microsoft tell em you replaced the windows 10 licensed mobo due to hardware failure.

Thanks mate, finally found out how to and they've reactivated it from my windows 7 ultimate key. Thats an hour of my life I wont get back, but resolved thankfully!
