About 11:15 this morning my son losr connection to Xbox Live and we haven't been able to connect since. I've checked all the settings in the xbox network settings and the tests say everything is fine to the Internet but fails on Live login. Our PC's all connected to the internet fine and we can play online games on them including connecting to Steam. However, even if I try to connect to support at Microsoft or www.xbox.xom it just times out. I've checked it my router is blocking the xbox site and it says no. Is the xbox live network down or is it me?

I still can't connect to www.xbox.com from the PC. Sounds ridiculous that MS would have a login issue but doesn't surprise me that Sky can't resolve to it. Sky must be the worst service provider in the world and they don't give too s**ts about it as their forum is full of people complaining.

Xbox.com is working for me, I'm on Virgin btw.
I haven't been able to log in today at all. The connection tests reveal it is able to connect to XBL now, but can't log in due to ICMP being down.
Is that the same error you get?

There are issues with msn/hotmail as well so I'm not sure it's confined to xbox. Very little point calling sky customer services though, they won't have a clue what's going on.
