The Asus, simply because it's cheaper and clocked higher. But it seems to be a triple slot cooler as well, so it depends if you have any other expansion cards in the system...

You'll need three of the slots at the back of your rig to install the card instead of the usual two, which could be a bitch if you wanna crossfire depending on your mobo and the other card. As to the original question I'm partial to MSI twinfrozr's, but if you don't care about the noise that much I guess it's just wasted money

I think I'm going to order the ASUS card and see where I go from their, if I can't fit another in to sli I'll just sell it in a couple of months and get a 570 or 580

Will this 560 ti run bf3 on high? And still get good fps?

He's talking about this one, some poeple have complained it being very loud: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-114-MS&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1341

To be honest, just set up a custom fan profile in MSI AfterBurner and that should keep the card quiet.
Never owned a 560, but I recall it got many more positive than bad reviews regarding noise, and from my experience with other models twinfrozr's are the best retail coolers around.
Anyway I'm not going to swear by a card I haven't used, and unless you're as anal about noise as I am you won't have a problem either way, so scratch my recommendation and go for the ASUS, never had a problem with any part from them.
