Help Choosing A CPU

Hi, I am planning to build a custom pc, I was looking at this cpu but this is my first build so I'm not sure, I only want to spend up to £200 on a cpu, I do plan to overclock and I was looking at this motherboard. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated .

Looks good, better than the MSI one that I linked to earlier, is there any disadvantages to an micro ATX motherboard as appose to a full size one?

No, case size isn't a problem I just wasn't sure. I never realized you couldn't overclock the K series with that board, I'll be sure to get the gigabyte one then, thanks

Yeah, it does. I've been searching and I found this too, which is supposed to be very similar to the intel 3570k, I thought this motherboard would go well with it, I know it's not the best but decent am3+ boards seem to be a lot more expensive then 1155 ones! What do you think?
