Hi I am trying to help a friend choose a gaming laptop she has a budget of around £900 at the minuet mostly playing New World and Valheim.

So far is the Lenovo Legion 5 for £850
R5 5600h
512gb SSD
8gb ram
RTX 3060 6gb

Or £899
R5 5600h
512gb SSD
16gb ram
RTX 350ti 4gb

But the first it only comes with 8gb of ram and second one 16gb but only rtx 3050 with 4gb of vram... So I am looking for some more recommendations.

Ty for any help

You can upgrade RAM but not the GPU. Always get the faster GPU if gaming is important.

Hey thanks sorry for my late reply...

My friend has upped her budget a bit so was looking at the Legion 5 Pro.
R5 5600h
512gb SSD
16gb ram
RTX 3060 6gb

But I am still looking for some other recommendations as well now looking around £1000-£1100 if it's a bit over that price link it any way it's close to black Friday so might be some good deals around :D

Legion 5 pro is pretty unbeatable tbh. I have one :)

You can use the 10% off Newsletter code or Student discount (or sometimes both) to get below 1K.

Sorry to hop on post how do you get the newsletter code and student one? My son is in Uni and currently looking at laptops we are signed up for the newsletter?

Student discount is via Unidays, you need an account, there is no code.

Newsletter code is from signing up on to their newsletter, they email a 10% off code after an hour or two.
