Ok so yesterday my gigabyte P67A mobo died on me, and I've done a quick n dirty switch over to a spare asus P8H67-M pro I had lying around, leaving out my sound card, graphics card and Nh-d14 fan just to get back online to browse parts.
But I don't really know what to get to replace it, or even if I should really bother (though the Micro Atx form factor does slightly bug me) though I will have to eventually when I finally get round to getting another card for Sli.
so getting to the point or as near to one as I can, what I need (or need to know) is this
1) Good replacement mobo for the gigabyte (up to around £200, bit more at a push)
2) aside from regaining the ability to OC is there any benefit to replacing it yet? or am I better waiting till I can Sli my 570gtx.
and OT slightly.
3) worth replacing the Nh-d14 with a smaller all-in-one water cooling kit, as it kinda towers over the dimm slots.
