Help choosing a quieter cooler for an old E4300 setup please

I need to find a CPU cooler for my boys setup. It's getting on a bit now, Asrock 4Core Dual VSTA mobo with a C2D E4300. He currently has a stock Intel cooler which gets pretty loud.

I have not idea if I can still buy a new cooler for this? Any help in selecting a quieter replaceemnt much appriciated. Happy to get a second hand one if there is anything in MM.

Yes AC freezer is good choice for this CPU - quiet and efficient too.

Gelid Tranquilo is pretty quiet too and has a bigger fan so better cooling to noise. Its about £7 more expensive though

Used the freezer 7 in lots of builds. Its nice and quiet.
