help choosing a wireless adapter card

i want to go wireless for my computer which i will be building in a few weeks time but i cant figure out which type of of card i need.

ill post some screen shots up of my connection speed, hope it will help.

I would simply get the cheapest.

I bought an all singing dancing D-Link one for myself and a £5 one from China for the wife. Both PCs are in the same room as the Hub but their's absolutely no difference in performance.
