the HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro ICEQ3 Turbo 256MB GDDR3

OR

the Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB GDDR3

the HIS card is at 620MHz the sapphire at 580MHz
but the sapphire is 512MB. So, which is the better card for me.

What res do you game at, 512mb will help with 1600x res displays. But 1280x res or below then 256mb should be fine.

HIS is turbo'd up so runs faster. Better cooling by far too.
 
256mb HIS will be ideal for you then dude.

Tho if you plan on getting a larger monitor and wanting to play hgiher res then either buy a 512mb card later when you do or get the 512mb version for future proofing.
