Sorry - first off - I know there is a million of these buy i genuinley need some help.
I'm looking at spending £400 - 500 on a new monitor (27"). I do a lot of gaming but it also gets used for work which is primarily web design. I am currently considering something like the ROG Swift: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-rog-swift-pg278qe-27-2560x1440-tn-165hz-1ms-g-sync-widesreen-led-gaming-monitor-mo-0a2-as.html
With 20% off it seems the swift might be a good opertunity to upgrade from a cheap 1080p monitor that I've used for donkies years...

Obviously the gamer in me is driving the decision at the moment, as I can design on anything. But interested to see peoples thoughts. I noticed there was the Asus TUF monitor which is £419: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...-widescreen-led-gaming-monitor-mo-0ab-as.html but I don't really know the difference between them all to be honest.
