Hey all,
I have a Samsung 245B - A 1920x1200 VA 24 inch LCD. It is chunky, not that bright and the picture quality is not very impressive at all. If I get a new screen (or screens) I will sell this one.
I have noticed the 27 inch 1440p Dell IPS screen for £500 at the moment. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-051-DE&groupid=17&catid=1120&subcat=
However, I have the rig in my sig and don't wish to buy another graphics card for gaming.
Would I be better off getting the above mentioned DELL screen or would I be better off with two 24 inch IPS screens? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-052-DE&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat=
My games on PC tend to be FPS or fast moving action games (like Assassin's Creed).
For my postgraduate research I am required to be in the department 9-5 each day so I would have a computer there that I could use, so 'work' would not be the intention behind buying new montior(s).
I use my PC for internet, watching stuff and games. I don't use photoshop (or programs like it) or CAD anymore.
Thanks
