help choosing usb 3 cable please

hi everyone, could someone help me choose the correct cable i would need ?

I would like usb 3 on my case front. My motherboard is an Asus p8z68-v, the manual states it has an internal 19 pin header.

I am asking here because the ones i have seen so far do not come with a backplate nor the type of moulding that you can screw to one.

I would like it to replace the two usb 2 ports i have at the front of my akasa eclipse (yellow arrow in photo). the red arrow is accidental damage to the built in usb front panal in case you were wondering. thanks all

Googling 'USB 3 backplate' returns plenty of options that would seem to match your requirement.

StarTech are worth a look as well. OcUK sell their stuff so they may have them listed.
