First:
What GPU do you have? Or are you potentially purchasing a new GPU in the near future? If you intend to use the monitor with AMD GPU, then focus on the FreeSync variants. If nVidia, then go for G-Sync (because it seems you're willing to pay the G-Sync premium -- otherwise I would have recommended FreeSync in nVidia's case, as well).

Second:
Are you absolutely sure you want to compromise for a TN panel? IPS and VA are visually much better. The only advantage of TN panels is their pixel response times (and sometimes cheaper price), but for the average gamer (== those who are not paid for their gaming), it's usually not worth the disadvantages (bad viewing angles, inverting colors, bad/washed colours in general). I personally won't recommend TN monitors, at all.

In other words, the only viable alternative would have been the AOC. But AOC is ... well, not that oriented for quality. :D

So if I may, here are some alternative FreeSync non-TN models (someone else can do the G-Sync list):
 
hi, I'm building a new system with nvidia 1080, 28 is the biggest i can go due to space, I also would like ips but it's hard finding 1 with g sync at max £600
