**SOLVED** HELP! Citrix gurus please
Guys,
I need help urgently.
We provide citrix remote service to our users whereby they need to use an RSA fob to login. All this is fine and they can get onto the main citrix login page where they have their applications such as word, excel, powerpoint and outlook (Office 2003).
Since upgrading one of our users to Office 2010, when they logon to Citrix and click on outlook they receive the error -
"Unable to load default email folders. Your profile is not configured"
I have been advised to go through the process of setting up the users outlook profile. I know how to create an outlook profile but in regards to Citrix I have no idea where and how.
Can anyone help please? I've got until 16:30 to get this sorted after having the problem dropped on me at 13:00 and trying to figure it out myself for the last hour and a bit
SOLVED: Logged onto citrix server as user and created mail profile on there. Feeling quite silly right now
