Hi I have lian case and when I put it all together I noticed my front USB as well as other inputs weren't working. I must have forgot to connect them to my motherboard.

From opening my case up it hard to to tell which cables I need to connect and to where for them to work, will these cables be the same as the motherboard headers cables? or some other type of cable? + where to connect them on my motherboard?

Sorry if not to clear! I cant see where the cables are coming from

:)

They are the same as the header cables, just make absolutely sure they're in the right way around else you'll blow the usb header as soon as you plug anything in.

I hate front panel connections. The audio and USB are simple enough (judging by the blue colour you need to make sure it's a USB3 header) but those damn fiddly pwr/rst/pwr led etc. are just a pain. I think I've moaned about this several times - there needs to be a standard connector like those used for USB or audio. Not too hard, surely?
