Help connecting HIfi speakers

Up in my loft I have a 7.1 home cinema setup with my Marants 7011 Receiver.

Downstairs I have some Tannoy precision 6.4 speakers.

Is there any way of running my Tannoy speakers off this Receiver independently?.... I really don't want to use preouts with a power amp.

I noticed some speaker switch boxes?.....

From the info though Zone2 can only be setup via HDMI or other video type?

I need direct speaker cables to another zone?
